01 / Terms of Acquisition

At Horos Watches, we specialize in high-end luxury timepieces purchased through global cryptocurrency payments. Because of the decentralized, irreversible nature of blockchain ledgers, we maintain a strict policy to protect transactional integrity.

All Sales Are Final

Once a payment is confirmed on the blockchain, the transaction is irreversible. Horos Watches does not support returns, exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations under any circumstances.

Clients are strongly encouraged to inspect timepiece profiles, dimensions, case materials, and reference codes prior to routing payments.

02 / Replacements

Horos Watches does not provide replacements or swaps for delivered timepieces, except in instances where it is strictly required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

03 / Service & Repair Support

While returns are excluded, we stand by the horological quality of our inventory. If a curated timepiece develops a mechanical anomaly or manufacturing defect, our support team will coordinate repair solutions.

Eligible support and services include:

  • Technical inspection of the reported mechanical defect.
  • Maison-authorized servicing via certified Swiss technicians.
  • Secure replacement of defective internal components (balance springs, gears, escape wheel escapements) where possible.

* Note: Service approval is subject to review by Horos Watches and requires high-resolution photos, videos of the caliber anomaly, or other validation details.

04 / Warranty Exclusions

Our structural service coverage does not apply to:

  • Accidental physical damage, drops, crystal cracks, or case bumps.
  • Physical abuse, misuse, or over-winding of manual mechanical calibers.
  • Unauthorized modifications, custom bezels, or third-party case openings.
  • Water penetration beyond the manufacturer's specified pressure ratings.
  • Normal wear and tear, superficial bezel scratches, or strap/bracelet aging.
